We found this in the parking lot at the YMCA when we hit the gym today. I don’t know about this. It looks a little weird in person. I did a little internetting and this seems to be the i8 of Boston Red Sox’s minor league prospect Yoan Moncada.
The internet also tells me he should be playing somewhere in New York today, so someone is potentially cruising around in his ride. He plays for the Portland Sea Dogs, but there are tons of MLB guys that live down here. Whatever, baseball isn’t my thing.
The point is that it looks a little weird in person. What say you all? But hey, at least whoever is driving it only took up one space, right?

The satin wrap makes it look soft, like you could punch it and it would just sort of deflate a little.

Way too much red pinstriping.

Like the idea. Not a fan of the execution. Mostly unimpressed by the idea of a minor leaguer with an i8 haha

I don't care what Moncada does as long as next year he's playing 3rd for the Sox, mashing dingers, and stealing bases. Kid is a STUD. I'm spending every day between now and the trade deadline hoping he doesn't get traded.

He was a international signee, so night quite your average minor leaguer.

The other option is throwing JBJ in a trade for #1 starter and putting Moncada in the OF until Dusty 2 sacks retires

I’ve heard that idea floated out there. Unless they trade him they’re gonna have Benintendi probably be ready next year too...a Benintendi-Bradley-Betts outfield works pretty nice for me. They’re gonna have to find places for a lot of guys next year...Moncada and Benintendi will be ready, Pablo will be back and hungry (because he’s always hungry), Sam Travis will be healthy.
Good problem to have though.

Yes, but besides a new coach, they still need pitching, they are top 2 in runs scored now, even with Ortiz retiring, and Moncada or Benintendi coming up they will be top 5, they need pitching to win. I have been saying since the year Lester left they needed to sign him or scherzer, to have a playoff stud and trade a bat for a few hard throwing prospects..

...but, if a little is good; a lot must be better...er?
